May 22, 1977 at Bogart's in Cincinnati, Ohio. This was the only appearance of a Gizmos line-up with Ted Niemiec, Rich Coffee, and the other '77 Gizmos but without Giz-mainmen Ken Highland and Eddie Flowers. With the Bizarros from Akron. Flyer originally folded for mailing, but has been stored flat. 8.5" x 11"; pink and white.
