THE MINDLESS FUCKS 1976 flyer $30
Original 8.5" x 11" flyer for the Mindless Fucks at the Rat in Boston on May 30 & 31, 1976. Printed on heavy paper. I got this in 1978 from Willie "Loco" Alexander (on the back he wrote "this is from 1976"). Led by Stefan "Swine" Lovelace, the Mindless Fucks was the band that opened the Rat up to punk-rock. The band was an offshoot of an earlier Boston band Mickey Clean & the Mezz. In the 60s, Lovelace had a garage band called The Lovelace Lads. He also produced Willie Alexander's debut single "Kerouac" in 1975.
